Returns / Damaged or Faulty Goods
If goods are delivered damaged or defective, or the delivery is short delivered or of an incorrect quantity, we require notification by email to sales@heartofthecountryltd.co.uk within 7 days of the date of delivery. Emails received during the weekend will be dealt with on the Monday following receipt of email. Our Customer services team aim to respond to your query within 48 hours (maybe longer in busy periods) and resolve your query efficiently.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, these can be returned, once we have been notified by email to sales@heartofthecountryltd.co.uk within 7 days of date of the delivery. Carriage will be at the customer’s expense. The full value of the returned goods will be refunded to the account. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is faulty or not as described.
We cannot credit or refund returns that we receive in a non-saleable condition, or that have been lost in transit. You must retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt in case we require proof of the return in the unlikely event that your return package does not reach us.
All returned products must be in their original product packaging. If you have opened the product packaging, or you have damaged the packaging or labeled the products so that it cannot be reused, we reserve the right to provide a partial refund only.
